From core business to the approach to business: our vision for work in 2026

Manufacturing plywood panels has been our craft for over sixty years, yet “doing business” means something far beyond the finished product, cubic metres shipped or balance sheet figures.

In 2026, we want to embrace a new philosophy: “Plywood or please wood? GET FUN“. An apparently straightforward question that makes us reflect on how we work each day and touches concrete choices concerning people, relationships, the environment and the territory where we live and operate.

It forces us to ask ourselves which side we are on: we can simply manufacture and sell panels, or we can choose to build a company that places people, partners and the environment at its heart. On one side sits the economic result, necessary and essential for any business to invest in technology, guarantee quality and services; on the other side there are human relationships, environmental care, attention to local communities, time devoted to listening. For us, these two dimensions are sides of the same coin, inseparable if we want to build a solid, lasting business.

When “Fun” becomes a serious matter

In our understanding of business, there’s a fundamental ingredient: amusement, understood as that lightness that makes us love what we do, feeds curiosity and creates a serene climate in which to discuss, learn from mistakes, grow together.

A company endures over time only if the people who are part of it thrive. For this reason, alongside objectives, deadlines and projects, we value shared time: moments in which we work side by side or in which we meet outside the company boundaries, at a football match, a concert or an event in the area, where the best ideas often come from.

New social column to tell the story of the time that counts

From this vision comes a new social media series we’ll launch from February 2026 onwards.  It will be a space dedicated to everything that enriches people in addition to work: sport, music, culture, events. We’ll share the initiatives we partner with, but also news, discoveries and passions that are part of our daily life.

We will talk about our relationship with the territory, we will talk about sporting events that embody values in which we recognise ourselves, we will share playlists that accompany us during the days in the company, the concerts that excite us, the exhibitions that inspire us. We will report local events that talk about innovation, sustainability, manufacturing.

An invitation to build together

The new series will be one of the tools through which we’ll try to make our values more concrete in 2026. We would like it to become a place of exchange, a way to share ideas, stories and moments of lightness with those who work with us every day or choose our panels for their projects.

Because, ultimately, the question guiding us remains the same: what kind of business do we want to build together?

Follow our social media pages from February to discover the new series dedicated to shared time. We look forward to seeing you there.
