A family story
Our company’s history began in 1962 with the vision of Eugenio Artoni and Cesare Fadani. What started as a small sawmill quickly became a benchmark for quality plywood and multi-layer panel production.
Over sixty years later, family values still guide our choices.
Experience combines with the expertise of a new generation, creating a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
Since 1972, our Gussola facility has housed plywood production across 55,000 square metres. Fifty people work daily to ensure the quality of the plywood panels we export throughout Europe. The evolution into a limited company in 2017 marked a new phase of growth and the introduction of highly qualified personnel.

Over the past decade, we have driven substantial renewal in Industry 4.0, introducing new robotics and digitalised controls. Today we aim for production excellence and environmental sustainability.
